How it works
- You call us or bring the car in; if it cannot be driven, we come and collect it with the recovery vehicle.
- We file the claim with the insurer and agree the scope of the repair.
- We repair the car at our workshop, using suitable replacement parts.
- You collect the car; during the repair we arrange a courtesy car where needed.
The extent of the repair and the cover are set by the insurer on the basis of your policy, so payment timing and any excess are their decision, not the workshop's.
